This engagement allows leaders to learn critical things about how they lead, take action and the corresponding results that they get.
Working with a Clarify North coach, the leader will use these insights to set new goals, set new habits and attain a different level of results:

Offered through partnership with The Academy of Brain-Based Leadership, this tool applies the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Model - to help you uncover what drives and triggers your behavior, and how to lead with greater awareness. You will access a powerful new way of thinking and working.
After completing this self-assessment, you'll discover insights into your brain's unique needs. Learn how your triggers differ from others and gain practical tools to navigate them in real time. It's a science-based lens into how you experience the world.
Leadership Circle Profile®
A statistically robust feedback tool that uncovers where you are investing your leadership energy and the impact it has, both constructive and limiting.
Upon completing this assessment, you will have a new understanding of your leadership brand as seen by others and determine if it matches your aspirations. From this, a leadership development plan will be created for more impactful results.
