The Team S.A.F.E.T.Y. Assessment is a neuroscience-based tool designed to uncover the underlying dynamics of team trust, cohesion, and performance. Based on the S.A.F.E.T.Y. model - Security, Autonomy, Fairness, Esteem, Trust, and You - it surfaces the invisible drivers of group behavior.

This assessment helps teams:

  • Understand what drives collaboration and what disrupts it

  • Identify collective patterns that hinder high performance

  • Develop shared language around psychological needs and safety
